The digital revolution transforms business models and presents new privacy issues and ethical dilemmas. Companies deploying AI are often worried about legal compliance. Whether new AI applications are embraced by regulators, society, and customers (and therefore actually generate revenue) depends on ethical considerations rather than legal compliance. Especially for large established companies, it is a challenge to both drastically innovate in order to remain future-proof and at the same time take social responsibility. Those companies that learn to do both well will be more productive and more innovative. The session will address questions, such as:
