Financial Institutions and the CCPA: What Remains After the Law's Exceptions

Financial services companies subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) are treated somewhat differently under the CCPA. However, the CCPA does apply to some personal information that financial institutions handle.
